Morskie Ogrody Guesthouse Terms and Provisions

1. This document specifies the rules of providing services by "Morskie Ogrody"Guesthouse (herein after referred to as the Guesthouse) as well as rules of responsibility and stay on the premises of the Guesthouse.
2.  This document is an integral part of the agreement which is concluded on making the reservation and paying the advance payment for the stay in the Guesthouse by the Guest.
3. By conducting the actions specified in section 2 of this article, i.e. making the reservation and paying the advance payment for the stay in the Guesthouse, the Guest confirms that he/she has read and accepted the terms and provisions of this document.
4. All persons staying on the premises of the Guesthouse agree to obey the regulations of this document as well as the applicable industrial safety and fire protection regulations.

§ 2.General conditions for booking and payment

1. Booking of the rooms can be done personally, by telephone, by e-mail or by the webpage www.morskieogrody.pl/kontakt.
2. The reservation is understood as confirmed after receiving the advance payment towards the stay in the Guesthouse on the Guesthouse bank account. The advance payment amounts to 30% (in words: thirty per cent) of the total receivables for the stay. The payment of the advance payment shall be done within 3 (in words: three) days from the date of making the reservation, otherwise the reservation shall be null and void.
3. In case of cancellation the booked stay earlier than 60 (in words: sixty) days before the planned arrival, the paid advance payment shall not be returned.  
4. Promptly after arrival to the Guesthouse, the Guest is obliged to pay the rest of the receivables for the stay along with the visitor's tax. The Guest is also obliged to show a proof of identity at the check-in desk so as to check in to the Guesthouse.

§ 3.Terms of stay

1. The room in the Guesthouse is rented for the hotel day.
2. The hotel day starts at 3 pm and finishes and 10 am the following day.
3. On the Guesthouse premises there is a night quiet time which starts at 10 pm and finishes at 6 am the following day.
4. The Guesthouse keeper offers to the Guests the interior, cost-free and unguarded parking lot on the premises of the Guesthouse
5.  The Guest shall inform the Guesthouse keeper about bringing on the premises of the Guesthouse securities and any other valuable objects, especially any valuables and objects of scientific and artistic worth. The Guest shall give the mentioned above valuables to the Guesthouse keeper for safekeeping, otherwise the Guesthouse keeper shall not bear the responsibility for the objects.
6. On the day of leave the Guest is obliged to leave the room in non-deteriorated condition.
7. On the day of leave the Guest is obliged to lock the room and hand the keys in to the Guesthouse keeper.
8. Due to fire safety regulations it is forbidden to use on the  Guesthouse premises electric equipment other than this which constitutes the room equipment, especially electric kettles, heaters, coil heaters, electric cookers and microwaves.
9. It is forbidden to use the charcoal grill on the Guesthouse premises except the places designated for this purpose.
10. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the Guesthouse premises.
11. Persons who are not checked in to the Guesthouse can stay on the Guesthouse premises from 7 am to 10 pm after reporting this fact at the check in desk.
12. Persons who disturb the quiet stay of other Guests as well as persons who breach the regulations of this Terms and Provisions, may be asked to promptly leave the Guesthouse premises without the right to receive the paid receivables for the stay. In duly justified cases the Guesthouse keeper reserves the right to call the Police.
13. The Guesthouse keeper reserves the right to refuse providing services to persons who
    • are in a state of drunkenness or under the influence of intoxicants
    • acting aggressively, in a way commonly regarded as vulgar
    • during previous stay in the Guesthouse had fragrantly violated this Terms and Provisions, especially by damaging the Guesthouse or harming the Guests.

§ 4. RESPONSIBILITY

1. The Guesthouse keeper shall not bear the responsibility for the loss or damage of vehicles which have been left on parking lot by the Guests as well as the loss or damage of the things which have been left in these vehicles.  
2. The Guesthouse keeper shall not bear the responsibility for the loss or damage of the things which have been brought by the Guest on the Guesthouse premises during the Guest stay.
3. The Guesthouse keeper shall not bear the responsibility for the loss or damage of the things which have been mentioned in the clause 3 paragraph 3 which have not been given to the Guesthouse keeper for safekeeping.
4. The Guest shall bear the responsibility for the loss or damage of the things which constitute the room equipment as well as for the loss or damage of the deckchairs and beach shelters which have been given to the Guest and have been damaged by him/her or people visiting him/her.   
5. The Guest is obliged to inform the check in desk about the noticed loss as soon as the damage is noticed.

§ 5. FINAL PROVISIONS

1. This Terms and Provisions is effective with the date 01.01.2016 and is available on  the Guesthouse webpage  www.morskieogrody.pl.
2. All disputes connected with this agreement which cannot be resolved amicably should be resolved in the court having jurisdiction over the Guesthouse seat.
